Joe Rossi
- Founder and Vice President
As founder of Triple E, Joe provides over 25 years of experience in the trade show and retail fixture design and build industry.
Joe started in the business working as a tradesman installing exhibits in the late 80s. It was this ground-floor experience that cultivated his passion for the industry while providing a firsthand look at its inefficiencies in operations, design, and craftsmanship that ultimately led to exorbitant costs for clients. Armed with this knowledge and a desire to evolve the business, Joe set out in a partnership arrangement and created his first I&D and service company in 1993 called Exhibit Installations.
During his time with Exhibit Installations Joe recognized the opportunity and benefits of adding design and project management services in conjunction with the logistics support in the field. His partners were uninterested in pursuing this option so Joe decided to take the chance and moved forward on his own.
In 1996, Exhibit Effects East, LLC came to fruition. Armed with over ten years of experience and a thorough understanding of all aspects of the business, Joe approached and won several trade show projects with a diverse account base including: New Balance Athletic Shoe, Airwalk, Fischer Price, Woolrich, and others. The growth of the company has continued into Retail POP programs and Field Events and the diversity of the portfolio has evolved to include: Disney Wide World of Sports, Bausch & Lomb, Macys, Mongoose, Schwinn, GNC, MetRx, and others.
In 2006, Rossi enlisted a financial sponsor, JPBE, Inc., and created Triple E, LLC. Through this partnership the business has continued to strengthen with additional leadership and operational improvements made with the ultimate objective of offering world class design and support for its clients and their retail environments.
Joe currently serves as the Vice President for Business Development and is actively involved with exploring new ways to evolve the Triple E brand and the industry as a whole.
